If you are not happy with your hPage package, you can cancel your contract within 14 days of placing your order. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day of placing the order.
You do not need to provide us a reason, but we would appreciate your feedback, so we can improve our product and services further in the future.
To cancel your contract, please send us your cancellation request in written form (for example either via e-mail, contact form or post mail).

In order to keep the 14-day cancellation period, it is sufficient to send the cancellation request before the cancellation period ends.
Of course you can terminate your contract anytime even after the 14-day period, but we will not cancel your placed order then and not provide any refund. More information on how to terminate your package can be found here: Help Center
2. Cancellation Consequences
If you keep the above stated cancellation period, we will cancel your order. In case we already received payments from you, we will refund the payments immediately, the latest 14 days after receiving the cancellation request. For this refund, we will use the same payment method which you used at the original transaction. No fees will be deducted for this refund. If you explicitly agreed on the execution of the contract before the cancellation period ends, you have to pay an appropriate amount which covers the services you received until the date you executed your cancellation right.
If you send your cancellation request after the 14 days of placing your order, it will be treated like a regular termination. We will cancel your contract at the earliest possible date in regards to your contract conditions and delete all associated domains with your contract after that termination date (if not requested otherwise).
