Ban someone before they can access members

My suggestion is basically that you can block someone's IP address or block a certain username/e-mail from registering on your website.

I think that isn't a good idea! The IP adresse are changing very often, so it isn't useful!

You can also set the Admin activation on true, so you must check every new registration.
