Co-Admins

I'm suggesting that we have like co-admins that can also access the control panel of the website.

My idea:

Co-admin Level 1: Limited access. Can only view the scripts of the pages, design of website, and some of the extras (which can be chosen).

Co-Admin Level 2:: Moderate access. Can view and edit certain pages of the website, limited changes to the design of the website, and some of the extras (which can be chosen).

Co-Admin Level 3:: Moderate access. Can view and edit all pages of the website, can change the design and full access to the extras.

Co-Admin Level 4:: Moderate access. Can view and edit all pages of the website, can change the design and full access to the extras. Can spend points and edit menus

Co-Admin Level 5:: Full access. They can access the full control panel without any restrictions besides unable to make other users admin.

How they will log in:
If you have the Member Area activated, you can let them log in from there and show them the control panel. On their account, there should be another bar showing Co-Admin, with the levels.

Logs:
There should also be a log of what everyone is doing. For example:
<date/time> User: X has edited the page X on line X.
<date/time> User: X has banned the account X
<date/time> User: X has sent a newsletter
<date/time> User: X has added a news.

Also, I know it is hard. But I also know the hPage team is very good.
