requesting chat for hpage logined users..means not as send messages but a chat ..so anyone can talk..and can help each other ..like own designs and many more..and u can also put some rules ADMIN..like do not promote links...like that...it will be gr8 ...

i was rquesting that coz most of the users do not know about forums ...so if their is chat in the place of members online ..so so many members can talk

Understand, you would like to have a chat in forum? This is not possible.

But put one chat on your website. The shoutbox is well.

You can insert the shoutbox on any text page using the "Insert object" option in the editor.
