I am using Hpage in HTML mode.. i am unable to use the shoutbox...
plz help me how can i use the shoutbox... how can i get the link for the page of the shoutbox...

Please insert the shoutbox in the editor into your page as follows:
Include an object => Shoutbox.

In the shoutbox your visitors can leave short messages.

But for bigger things, it's better to use guestbook. You can activate messages or something else.

In Guestbook, you've got a better abstract over the entries.
