Exclamation When did i can transfer my points to another members?
I am registered on hpage on 20/08/2010.But i can not transfer the points when i try it a message come that you can not transfer the the points because new user have not permit it.when i can send points to my friend please tell me.

It can take a few months until transfers are approved for your account.
