Stay connected to hPage issue

I posted this in the wrong part of the forum earlier and got no reply.

I have had a problem over the last couple of weeks with hpage (and no other websites).

When working on my website I lose the facility to load any hpage site, including the Login page, the forum, the award sites and I can't even save any pages I have been working on.

I encouraged a friend to start a website for her church using hpage on her computer and the problem happened to her too, after me telling her how great hpage is, boy was I embarrassed.

The only common thing between my friend and I is that we are both with Virgin Media (yuk!) but she also has no problem with other websites.

Is any one else getting this problem, I haven't been able to find a mention anywhere else in the forum.
