Can I make a page included in navigation?

Hello, I made a special page on my website, and when I created it I made it so it was NOT included in the navigation. But I have changed my mind. Is there a way I can make a link to the page on my navigation bar? If it makes any difference, here is the URL to my website: http://dougsclocks.hpage.com/

Menu => New menu item => Type of menu item (Please select): Text page => Next => select the Text page to link.
