Refresh problem

I have created website, the problem is when I am browsing subpage and I click on Refresh button in browser the current page will go back to homepage. mean I could see that the current page is not refreshing when I click referesh button, please note I am using Framset, how can I integrate the subpages, there is any code so, that I can use to bring up something other than the homepage... your valuable comments on the above will be highly appreciated.

If you use a design with frames in the browser's URL field only appears the main page direction (e.g. yourname.hpage.co.in) and never the direcion of a single page (e.g. yourname.hpage.co.in/guestbook.html). In this case the browser returns to the main page if you press the refresh button.
HPage has a lot of designs WITHOUT frames. Thus you can avoid this.
