Follow below steps to create a your own html design website:-

* Design-->Choose design-->Own design (17 framesets available)
* Design-->Design settings-->Choose frame set-->(select first one)
* Design-->Design settings-->Assign styles-->
Now you can see a page, there you can find a list of pages you created. All the pages you created must need to assign some styles. You can create infinite pages but you must assign a style for it. You can also edit and create your own styles. Select one page in the check box and also assign a style for it. Then click 'Go' button.
* Design-->Design settings-->Settings-->
Select the page that you want to set as main page(home page)and then select necessary option that you need.
* To edit or create styles:-
Design-->Design settings-->Manage styles

After finishing all above steps, you are ready to edit, create or what ever your Pages.

I guess you need some tutorial as the Link given by "c-designer" is not tough to understand. And i can also provide you some link to refer, but the way you want "step by step with some pictures" is difficult to get.
