How to enable Google verification of my hpage website?

Has anyone here ever found a way to verify their hpage website in Google's Webmaster Tools? I have tried many times and it has NEVER worked. In another thread, someone suggested correcting and pasting the following code in the Settings > Header settings > Own, additional HTML code (between <head> and </head>):

<LINK REV="made" href="mailto:Yourname@domain.com">
<META NAME="keywords" CONTENT="abc,123(separeted by commas)">
<META NAME="description" CONTENT="abcdefgh..........xyz">
<META NAME="author" CONTENT="Your name">
<META NAME="ROBOTS" CONTENT="ALL">

I have tried that too, and it doesn't seem to work either. I am beginning to suggest that there is something about hpage's system that makes it incompatible with Google's website verification system.

It is possible but not with
http://dougsclocks.hpage.com/
Take
http://dougsclocks.hpage.co.in/
and Google will find the verification code

That's interesting. Please explain, what's the difference between http://dougsclocks.hpage.com/ and http:dougsclocks.hpage.co.in/ ??? Is the second one a mirror site of some kind? Please explain!

xxx.hpage.com shows the content of xxx.hpage.co.in with the help of a frame.
