Need help pulling up hpage off of internet

My friend, Toty, is from Egypt.. he is working on a web site here to teach Arabic's English, but his browsers won't even bring up hpage for him to work on his web site. Is anyone else having or have had this problem? Suggestions are appreicated. He really would like to continue his work.

i just want to say... i only been able to enter this website agin by change the ip or proxy i dont know... so i dont know why this website doesnt work in egypt,,,, any one of h page may help me,,, i want to open my h page website normally with needing to change my ip or proxy....

If Hpage is Blocked in ur country,

I suggest the Following steps which will help u to access.

1) Click on your Local Area Connection Status (usually on the bottom right network icon, where the clock is).
2) Click on Properties.
3) At General tab, scroll to most bottom or something, there's Internet Protocol. Double click on it.
4) At "Preferred DNS server:", type in 8.8.8.8 ---> This is Google DNS
5) At "Alternate DNS server:" type in 8.8.4.4 ---> This is Google DNS
6) Click OK, then OK again.
7) You should now be able to go on the blocked websites!
