Can't remove text

This is in reference to my site <http://createcash123.hpage.com> which is under construction.

I can't erase the text at the top of the "Welcome page" (http://createcash123.hpage.com/) which begins "It wasn't easy" and ends "you must read this guide" It seems that somehow this text portion has been embedded into the design itself. It does not appear in my "Welcome" Text page, so I can't edit it.

Even if I change designs, the unwanted text displays. How do I erase it?

Look at Settings >> Sitewide Settings. I suppose, you've inserted this text there.
