Default Unable to get 1 big background image

hi evryone,

just started making my own website fewdays back.
i wwanted to put a background image n did it by custom design settings 1.

but after all dis the background image even after being of higher resolutions gets projected in form of tiles, ie it repeats. any solution to this?

my website is travelexpert.hpage.com

It could be that there is a solution. Try the following
Open Settings >> Sitewide setting
In the Beginning... area insert
HTML Code:
<div style="background-position: center; background-image: url('here insert the url of your image'); background-repeat: no-repeat">
In the End... area insert only
HTML Code:
</div>

but it just centres the image, cant v stretch the single image to whole page??

Image stretching is a complicated problem.
